The spin flash dryer is a new type of high-efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high consumption of static drying. In the design process of this machine, it fully combines the characteristics of ordinary fluid drying such as airflow drying, and avoids weaknesses.
This machine has an extremely wide range of applications, and can be used for dehumidification and drying of rubber and plastic additives, pesticides, pigments, dyes, fine chemicals, feed, medicine and some intermediates.
Principle
The hot air enters the stirring, pulverizing and drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at a suitable jet speed, and produces strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the material, so the material is centrifuged, sheared, collided, and frictionally divided into particles. , which enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter granules are mechanically broken up under the action of the agitator, and the granules with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating airflow to rise, and are further dried during the rising process. Because the gas-solid two phases are rotating, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the two phases of the solid and the gas is relatively large, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer between the two phases, so the machine has high production strength.
Features
1. A variety of feeding devices are available for selection, the feeding is continuous and stable, and there is no bridging phenomenon in the process.
2. A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of materials in the high temperature area at the bottom.
3. Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device can effectively prolong the service life of the transmission part.
4. The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and effectively provides the processing air volume of the dryer.
5. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl sheet, and the material fineness and final moisture can be adjusted. (such as calcium carbonate final moisture can be adjusted to ≤ 0.1%)
6. The high circumferential gas velocity in the drying room and the short material residence time can effectively prevent the material from sticking to the wall and the deterioration of heat-sensitive materials, and achieve efficient, fast, small equipment and large-scale production.
