One-dimensional mixer description
The one-dimensional motion mixer is also called the roll-over motion mixer. The cylinder with the mixed material is rotated at a constant speed under the driving of the motor. Since the inner wall of the cylinder is welded with a number of special “copying boards”, the material is pushed in the copy board. The three-dimensional movement is carried out so that the different components participating in the mixing can be used (the material can possibly move relative to each other to achieve the purpose of mixing.
This product is a simple and efficient powder mixer developed with simple structure and convenient cleaning. It is a powder mixing equipment that conforms to “GMP”.
One-dimensional mixer use and characteristics
1. This equipment is widely used in the mixing machine of dry powder and pellets in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, feed and pesticide industries. During operation, the loading cylinder rotates around the central axis, referred to as a one-dimensional mixer. Since there is no shaft type agitation in the cylinder, there is no worry about the contaminant material of the seal, which meets the requirements of “GMP” and “FAD” specifications.
2. The equipment discharge is equipped with a closed discharge device, and the discharge is realized without dust flying. The discharge port is provided with a spiral plate, so that the material can be basically exhausted, and the device is equipped with a vacuum feeder interface, which can be equipped with a vacuum feeder to realize automatic feeding.
3. The mirror surface polishing treatment of the inner wall of the cylinder can reduce the flow resistance of the material. The inner wall welding scraper of the cylinder is ingeniously designed to force the material to move in multiple directions and fully mix, which improves the mixing uniformity of the material.
4. The transmission system is flexible in operation, using variable frequency speed regulation, and the cylinder can be adjusted in any direction by forward and reverse rotation.
5. The overall structure of the equipment is simple, easy to clean and easy to maintain.
6. During operation, the loading cylinder rotates around the central axis (referred to as “one-dimensional motion”), and the material in the cylinder moves in three dimensions, so the mixing precision of the material can be comparable with that of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional motion mixer.
