Application

In the process of crushing and processing in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, due to the different original shapes of thousands of materials, many materials cannot complete the whole process of pulverization in one time, and often require coarse pulverization, fine pulverization and sieving. Based on this situation, we comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of various raw materials and existing crushing equipment, and carefully developed the GH universal coarse crusher. The machine is a horizontal type crushing machine. The crushing tool is a cross-type design with good effect, low energy consumption, low noise, and professionally used as a catalyst strip to return the powder.

Principle and structure

The machine consists of a frame, a motor, a feed hopper and a crusher. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding door, and is crushed by the cross gap between the knife and the knife on the rod shaft, and is automatically discharged to the feeding port of the conveyor belt by the centrifugal force. The machine is designed according to the waste catalyst standard and is made entirely of stainless steel.
