Principle
When the compressed gas enters the pulverizing chamber, there are four pulverizing nozzles around the pulverizing chamber, jetting the airflow, causing the material to be impacted by the high velocity of the airflow, and the materials collide with each other to smash, the grading wheel separates the fine particles, and the coarse particles are circulated back to the pulverizing chamber. Continue to pulverize, and the ultrafine powder that is evenly distributed will be collected from the discharge port of the grading wheel.
1. Suitable for dry ultra-fine processes. The airflow impact velocity can reach more than Mach 2.5. In general, it is easy to obtain particles of 1 - 10 micrometers (μm), and according to the nature of the material, particles of 1 micron (μm) can be obtained.
2. Since the pulverizer has a grading wheel structure inside, the coarse particles in the product are continuously pulverized, so that a product having a uniform particle size and a small particle size distribution range can be obtained.
3. The equipment has the advantages of short pulverization time, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, small floor space, low noise (72dB) and no vibration.
4. High aging time, continuous pulverization, and purity of pulverized products.
